Roy is a very popular speaker who is becoming a regular presenter to the DHS. He has been fascinated by history all his life and, since retiring from a career in the law, has developed and presented a wide range of talks on many historical topics ranging from Mary, Queen of Scots to the more recent history covered in this month’s talk. I’m sure many of you will remember how entertaining Roy’s talk last year on Bonnie Prince Charlie was.
